A kinder way for women to lead.

Khind Collective works with women who mean business: founders, senior leaders and the networks that bring them together. We offer 1:1 and group wellness sessions to give your nervous system a proper reset, so you can think clearly about what comes next.

The why behind Khind

I’m Katie. I spent most of my life in rooms full of women. An all-girls' school. An all-women's college at Cambridge University. Even setting up my own all-women's conscious community to find sisterhood in my 20s.

Then I went into advertising, which was not so all-women. It was a bit of a shock to the system, really. I got told to “flex my personality” according to which senior member of staff I was talking to. They were all men.

I know how differently women show up, speak up and breathe when the room is built for them. That's what Khind Collective is: a space for women who mean business to come up for air. Whether that’s an online meditation or a full on retreat, I want to share practices that will bring more kindness into the working world – both for the women I hold space for, and the people they work with.

Kind Words

I was blown away by both the retreat location chosen by Katie and the outcomes I got personally. It was hands down the most uplifting and enlightening three days I’ve had in a decade.

Claire, VC at Era

The retreat was a profound life experience that I will never forget. I could completely switch my mind off from the daily noise, allowing space for me to think about the future. Katie has most definitely found her calling in this work, providing a professional, safe and nurturing space for you to unfold and let creativity and imagination flow.
